These Conditions are binding between you and COSMETIC HORIZONS SARL, having its registered office at COSMETIC HORIZONS SARL N°126, Lot Massar QI Marrakech - Morocco. Botanika Marrakech is a brand of the company "COSMETIC HORIZONS" represented by Dr Khalid Bitar.

Eligibility criteria for ordering products :
You can only purchase products:
Available for sale and detailed on the website https://botanika-marrakech.com
For personal use by you or the recipient(s) of the products you have designated for that purpose. Botanika Marreakech reserves the right to refuse any order at its sole discretion.
Details of the products available for sale (including their prices) are shown on the Botanika Marrakech website. Botanika Marrakech will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products displayed on the Botanika Marrakech website are accurate at the time such information is published on the Botanika Marrakech website. Although we make every effort to keep the Botanika Marrakech website up to date, the information published at any given time may not always accurately reflect our position at the time you place your order. However, changes in prices or descriptions will not affect your order if we have already accepted it.
Terms of payment
You can pay by credit card or debit card. The funds will be debited from your card as soon as the sales contract is concluded.
Order cancellations and returns:
You may change your mind and cancel your order for any reason within fourteen (14) days of receiving your products.
If you choose to cancel your order, we will refund :
- The full purchase price The delivery charges you have incurred for shipping the products
Note: If you choose to cancel your order you will have to return the products ordered in perfect condition. Botanika Marrakech will NOT reimburse the return shipping costs (costs you have incurred to send the products back to us) and in the absence of a return, we may charge you for the costs we have incurred to collect the products.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS AND ORDERING ERRORS
You can exchange or get a full refund if the products you ordered are delivered to you damaged or faulty, or if the products you received do not match those you originally ordered.
In the event of the return of damaged, faulty or incorrect products we will refund :
- The full purchase price
- Delivery charges (the costs you incurred for the original delivery of the goods)
- The return postage (the cost to you of returning the goods to us) on production of a receipt. We may also arrange to collect the goods at our expense
In the event of an exchange of damaged, faulty or incorrect products we will:
- Send replacement items free of charge
- Reimburse you for the cost of returning the goods to us (the cost you incur in returning the goods to us) on production of a receipt. We can also arrange for the products to be collected at our expense.

General regulations
Botanika Marrakech reserves the right to:
- Modify or suspend, temporarily or permanently, the Botanika Marrakech website with or without notice; Botanika Marrakech will not be liable to you or to any third party for such modification or suspension.
- Botanika Marrakech reserves the right to modify the Conditions and/or the Terms of Delivery as required, and your continued use of the Botanika Marrakech website (or any part of it) after any such modifications shall constitute your acceptance of them. It is your responsibility to regularly consult the Conditions and/or the Terms of Delivery to keep yourself informed of any changes. If you do not accept the modifications made to the Conditions and/or the Terms of Delivery you must immediately stop using the Botanika Marrakech website.
- If Botanika Marrakech modifies these Conditions, your order will be subject to the Conditions applicable at the date and time you placed your order. Copies of the appropriate version of the Conditions can be obtained by emailing the following address Serviceclient@ircoslaboratoires.com If any provision of the Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed deleted from the Terms and the remaining provisions contained in the Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
