BUY BOTANIKA PRODUCTS MARRAKECH
Product Ordering Eligibility Criteria:
You may only purchase products:
Available for sale and whose details are listed on the website https://botanika-marrakech.com
For personal use, by you or the recipient(s) of the products you have designated. Botanika Marrakech reserves the right to refuse any order at its sole discretion.
Details of the products available for sale (including their prices) are listed on the Botanika Marrakech website. Botanika Marrakech will use all reasonable diligence to ensure the accuracy of all product details, descriptions, and prices displayed on the Botanika Marrakech website at the time this information is published. While we strive to keep the Botanika Marrakech website up to date, the information published at any given time may not accurately reflect our position at the time you place your order. However, changes to prices or descriptions will not affect your order if we have already accepted it.

You can pay by credit or debit card. Funds will be charged to your card upon completion of the sales contract.
Order cancellations and returns:
You may change your mind and cancel your order for any reason within fourteen (14) days of receiving your products.
If you choose to cancel your order, we will refund:
- The full purchase price and the delivery charges you incurred for shipping the products.
Note: If you choose to cancel your order, you must return the ordered products in perfect condition. Botanika Marrakech will NOT refund return shipping costs (the costs you incurred to return the products to us), and if the products are not returned, we may charge you for the costs we incurred in retrieving them.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS AND ORDER ERRORS
You can exchange or receive a full refund if the products you ordered are delivered damaged or defective, or if the products you received do not match those you originally ordered.
If you return damaged, defective, or incorrect products, we will refund:
- The full purchase price
- The delivery charges (the costs you incurred for the initial delivery of the products)
- The return shipping costs (the costs you incurred to return the products to us) upon presentation of a receipt. We can also arrange for the products to be collected at our expense.
If you exchange damaged, defective, or incorrect products, we will:
- Ship replacement items free of charge
- Refund the return shipping costs (the costs you incurred to return the products to us) upon presentation of a receipt. We can also arrange for the products to be collected at our expense.
