Ghassoul (which is also written rhassoul or rassoul) is a natural mineral clay. Ghassoul is used by Moroccan women for their hair and body care. Indeed, Ghassoul does not chemically modify the surface tension of water, like usual soaps and shampoos and therefore has no consequences in terms of wastewater pollution. The use of Ghassoul therefore fits perfectly into the cycle of Nature.

Usage tips

For body care: mix Ghassoul with water to obtain a smooth paste and apply on the body, avoiding the face. Leave on for about 10 minutes then rinse with lukewarm water. Ghassoul deeply cleanses the skin while leaving it soft and purified.

For hair care: mix Ghassoul with water to obtain a smooth paste and apply to wet hair, gently massaging the scalp. Leave on for about 5 minutes then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. Ghassoul absorbs excess sebum and impurities while regulating sebum production.

As a face mask: mix Ghassoul with water or rose water to obtain a smooth paste and apply to the face, avoiding the eye area. Leave on for about 5 minutes then rinse with lukewarm water. Ghassoul deeply cleanses the skin while purifying it and leaving it soft and smooth.

It is recommended to use Ghassoul once a week for body and hair care and once or twice a week for face care.
